The Perfect Breakfast Coffee Smoothie

Coffee is one of my true loves. A cup of coffee has become a staple in my diet, and I don’t begin the day without it. When I am at home, I usually opt for a hot cup of espresso or latte. But in the summer, all I crave for is a cold drink. Iced coffee is the perfect drink for the summer and it can quickly be turned into a smoothie. It’s the perfect combination for lovers of coffee and smoothies. By combining a coffee with a smoothie, you can have the ultimate all-in-one breakfast!

Here is one of my favorite coffee breakfast smoothie recipe:

Ingredients

½ cup almond milk

½ cup black coffee chilled

1 ripe banana frozen

4 tablespoons rolled oats *

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 tablespoon date syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Additional : whipped full-fat coconut milk cream optional, raw cocoa beans

Instructions

Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix until well combined. If necessary, add some more milk to get a smoothie desired consistency.
