What is your shipping policy?

Whole Bean Coffee - Coffee is perishable and our whole beans are roasted to order, so we're unable to accept returns on coffee. Coffee is freshly roasted on the day or the day after the order has been placed. If there was an error with your order, please contact us at info@seldenent.com within 15 days of your purchase.

You will receive your credit within thirty business days.

Where is my order?

If the order in question is made while signed in to your Selden Café account, you may check on the status of any of your orders after logging in by going to the 'Order History' section of your account dashboard.

If your purchase was made as a guest user, you can track your order once it has shipped with the tracking number provided in the shipping notification email that is sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL

We identify the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers we use are Federal Express (FedEx) and DHL.

HOW DO I ORDER WHOLESALE?

If an order is especially large, heavy or bulky, additional charges may be incurred to cover these actual shipping costs. We will review your order accordingly to determine whether additional charges will apply and will contact you prior to shipping.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express. We also accept PayPal, where available.
